The website operated by Fürdő Játékház Kft. at http//:funcity.hu (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") like many other websites, uses meta data, i.e. small text files, so-called cookies, which are activated after the User's consent, in order to improve the user experience and to ensure smooth operation. Our aim is to make the Website as easy and personal as possible to use. If the User wishes to ban the collection of non-personal data by these technologies, this can be done in the ways described in section 2.5 herein.
The Operator of the Website and the Data Controller is: Fürdő Játékház Kft., 8800 Nagykanizsa, Papp Simon sétány 6., VAT No.: 27072785-2-20, Company Registration number: 20-09-076716.
A cookie is a packet of information that the server sends to the browser, and the browser sends back to the server, for each request directed to the server.
The cookies are created by the web server itself through the browser on the User's computer or mobile device, where the cookies are stored in a separate directory. In this way, cookies allow the Website to recognise, if the User has visited it before.
When you visit our Website, we will process certain so-called necessary cookies (as indicated in section 2.1 below), for which your consent is not required.
However, we may only process cookies defined in section 2.2 herein, if you have given your consent, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. You can consent to the processing of these cookies by ticking the box next to the relevant cookie name, when you visit the Website, or you can opt out, by not ticking the box.
They help make the Website usable, by enabling basic features, such as site navigation and access to secure areas of the Website.
As the Website cannot function properly without these cookies, we will use these cookies in all cases when you visit the Website, without your consent needed. The Website uses the following cookies:
Cookies that store information recorded by the User („user-input cookies”): We use these session cookies to ensure that the User's data is entered during the communication with the service provider. They are based on a session ID (a random temporary ID number), and expire at the latest at the end of the session (when you exit the browser program). These cookies are linked to the User's activity (e.g. clicking a button or filling in a form), and are clearly necessary to provide the online service that the User has explicitly requested.
<b>Cookie types</b> | Legal basis for the data processing |
Session cookies | Session cookies Pursuant to Article 6(1), point f) of the GDPR, the legitimate interest of the Data Controller |
If you consent to it, - in addition to the ones mentioned above - we will also process the following cookies:
Cookies for convenience services: Cookies with such purposes are not considered "strictly necessary" to provide the services explicitly requested by the User, and therefore require specific consent for their use. The Data Controller also uses these cookies to provide you with content that is consistent with your previous activity, on your next visit, automatically loading its own settings, to make your use of the Website more convenient.
Cookies for statistical purposes Through the use of such cookies, the system automatically generates statistical data on the duration of the visit and the subpages visited, in order to enable the Operator to further develop and optimise the services of the Website, and to tailor them even more to the needs of the User. These cookies help us to identify how we can improve our services and analyse visitors' usage patterns anonymously.
Cookies for advertising purposes
**Marketing cookies** are used to track visitors' activity on the Website. The aim is to publish relevant ads to individual Users, encourage them to be active and publish targeted advertising and content for that User. We may also use these cookies for remarketing purposes, where we use the data from the cookies (data from previous visits to our Website) to serve ads of the Data Controller on third party websites.
External advertising cookies: This includes external operational cookies used in the course of advertising activities, including cookies used for frequency maximisation, advertising partnerships, click fraud detection, research, market analysis, product improvement and troubleshooting.
Cookies used by third parties to track behaviour ("Third party advertising"): third parties other than the Website Operator may place their own anonymous cookies on the Website. They do this to track the success of their applications, or to tailor their applications for you. Because of the way these cookies work, our Website cannot access these cookies, nor can the other organisation access the data from the cookies we use on our Website. This includes, for example, social media shares, when you share any content from the Website using a social media share button (e.g. on Facebook), the social media that created the button will record the share using a cookie.
The Data Controller uses the online advertising program and remarketing tracker "Google AdWords”, and makes use of Google's conversion tracking service within its framework. Google Conversion Tracking is an analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google").
Remarketing is a feature that allows a website to display relevant ads to Users, who have previously visited the Website, while they are browsing other sites in the Google Display Network. The remarketing code uses cookies, to tag visitors. Users visiting the Website may disable these cookies. If the User disables remarketing cookies, they will not receive personalised offers from the Website.
When you visit a website through a Google ad, a cookie is placed on your computer to track conversions. The validity of these cookies is limited, and they cannot be identified without being linked to other personal data of the Data Subject.
When the Data Subject browses certain pages of the Website and the cookie has not expired, Google and the Data Controller can see if the Data Subject has clicked on the advertisement. Each Google AdWords client receives a different cookie, so they cannot be tracked through AdWords clients' websites.
The information - which is obtained through the use of conversion tracking cookies - is used to provide conversion statistics to AdWords customers, who choose to track conversions. Customers are then informed about the number of users, who click on their ad, and are redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not have access to information that would allow them to identify any User.
If you do not wish to participate in conversion tracking, you can opt-out by disabling the option to set cookies in your browser. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
