Using the Google Adwords conversion tracking

The Data Controller uses the online advertising program and remarketing tracker "Google AdWords”, and makes use of Google's conversion tracking service within its framework. Google Conversion Tracking is an analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google").

Remarketing is a feature that allows a website to display relevant ads to Users, who have previously visited the Website, while they are browsing other sites in the Google Display Network. The remarketing code uses cookies, to tag visitors. Users visiting the Website may disable these cookies. If the User disables remarketing cookies, they will not receive personalised offers from the Website.

When you visit a website through a Google ad, a cookie is placed on your computer to track conversions. The validity of these cookies is limited, and they cannot be identified without being linked to other personal data of the Data Subject.

When the Data Subject browses certain pages of the Website and the cookie has not expired, Google and the Data Controller can see if the Data Subject has clicked on the advertisement. Each Google AdWords client receives a different cookie, so they cannot be tracked through AdWords clients' websites.

The information - which is obtained through the use of conversion tracking cookies - is used to provide conversion statistics to AdWords customers, who choose to track conversions. Customers are then informed about the number of users, who click on their ad, and are redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not have access to information that would allow them to identify any User.

If you do not wish to participate in conversion tracking, you can opt-out by disabling the option to set cookies in your browser. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

Further information and Google's Privacy Policy are available at the following website: www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

2.3 USING GOOGLE ANALYTICS

1. The Website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are saved on your computer, to help analyse the use of the website visited by the Data Subject. The Data Controller measures the traffic data of the Website by using the Google Analytics service. Data is transmitted when using the service. The data transmitted cannot be used to identify the Data Subject.

2. The information generated by the cookies on the Website used by the Data Subject is usually transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the US. By activating IP anonymisation on the Website, Google will shorten the IP-address of the Data Subject within the EU member states, or in other states party to EEA.

3. The full IP-address will be transmitted to a Google server in the US, and shortened there only in exceptional cases. Google will use this information on behalf of the Website Operator to evaluate your use of the Website, to compile reports on Website activity for the Website Operator, and to provide other services relating to the Website activity and internet usage.

4. Google Analytics does not associate the IP-address transmitted by the Data Subject's browser with any other data held by Google. The storage of cookies can be prevented by the Data Subject by setting the appropriate settings on his/her browser, but please note that in this case, not all functions of the Website may be fully usable. You can also prevent Google from collecting and processing your data (including your IP-address) about your use of this Website by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=hu.

The use of cookies placed on your computer may automatically record the start and end times of your visit, your IP-address, and in some cases - depending on your computer's settings - the browser, operating system type, language, the parameters of your device, the settings you have made on our Website, the sub-pages you have visited and the time spent on them.
